Here you can download the state curriculum frameworks to learn in more detail the learning standards for each grade level. There is also ‘Family and Community’ link that gives parents a wealth of resources that promote student learning and success. 

Easton Public Schools

This is the Easton Public Schools Homepage. Here you can find links to each school in town as well as links to central administration. 

Parents can also access Special Education, food services, curriculum pages and technology at this site as well. 

Ames Free Library

This is an outstanding resource for both teachers and parents! Lots of excellent lesson plans and projects! This site is funded by the Verizon Foundation and is partnered by organizations such as National Geographic, the Smithsonian Institute, Read Write Think, and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM). This is an outstanding educational resource.

Early Literacy Sites (excellent for beginning readers!) 

This site is interactive and allows students to blend sounds and read online! Lots of fun activities for young readers!

This site is called “Between the Lions” and allows early readers to read online. It includes stories of all genres, video clips and and parent section!   online National Geographic Magazine made for kids - excellent   1,000s of kid-friendly science videos to stream  interactive stories about Clifford    a new interactive story each week    virtual field trips for kids

Bedtime Math: A fun problem to do with your kids everyday! You can have them sent right to your email.

Everyday Math is the instructional program used by Easton Public Schools for students in grades K-6. This is a site devoted to supporting parents and students at home with the program. Here parents can download the family letters that correspond with each math unit taught in each grade level. There is also information on how to best help your child with his/her nightly math homework. Very helpful site!

This is a kid friendly internet search engine. It is used at the intermediate schools in Easton.

There is a very fun math arcade linked to this site. A great way to practice math facts.
